    If you’ve ever had an iPhone, they’re all pretty much the same. During the activation process, my phone slid off if the box and landed face down on tile floor, I was cringing as I waited to see the screen of my phone cracked however, the front screen was fine but the back glass was shattered. It seems as if the back glass can use some improvements overall it’s an iPhone!

    I got the phone I wanted. Service not that great. Just rushed through it. Sold me a case that didn’t even fit my phone. I am sure it was my fault for not asking. I had to go to an AT&T store right after to get the phone to work.

    I like the b look of the phone but my service through ATT is not working with my phone . Having trouble getting them to fix it! I was b in the ATT store for 3 hours and I am frustrated !

    It was hard to set up service on my device. I had to make 3 extra trips to Best Buy and still didn't resolve the issue. I resolved it on my own.
