The pro motion display is very smooth and for first application from iPhone I am surprised it’s better than all the android phones that has been using this for a few years. It’s a lot better than regular iPhone 13 as I have them in my review. The battery upgrade is nice and overall is solid phone. However it does feel pretty much the same as iPhone 12 overall except the pro motion display and I wish there is a little bit more than just that. The hole punch design to get rid of the notch and some sort of finger print sensor not just Face ID for pandemic mask era will be nice

I’ve been using the iPhone 13 Pro for weeks and I am happy with it. It features faster process and better camera. I don’t need to bring a camera for trip!

Traded my iPhone 12 Mini for the iPhone 13 Pro for one main reason - battery life. Tired of running low by early afternoon with limited usage. iPhone 13 Pro in Graphite is beautiful, has excellent all-day battery life and all the latest camera features you could want. We’ve got our 1st grandchild coming soon, and looking forward to plenty of use!

Best Buy is a great place to buy your iphone with the deals they have and quick process. Bought this in store and in a out in about a hour, mostly due to transferring data between phones.

Best Buy team at the mobile phone booth, especially associate Sarah who helped me was super efficient at her job and seamlessly transferred the data. She was polite and made me feel special. Love the camera features on this phone.

To start off, my fiance and I have been Samsung (Android) users for years. I've ALWAYS bought Android products and I had told myself I would never buy iPhone because my experience with iPhone wasn't good (I only bought one iPhone, the 4s, and I didn't like it). Fast forward to Christmas of this year, my fiance and I were not happy we other the Samsung productw, the features were similar to our S10's so we said "why not try something different? We've been wanting to try out the iPhone, so why not do it right now?" So we did, we got the iPhone 13 pro for for Christmas. I wanted to be disappointed to be honest, but so far everything seems great. Although I HATE the idea the engineers of apple came up with regarding the charger and the fact that the phone doesn't come with the charger included (I guess more money); I'm still happy with my purchase. I got my phone about a week ago and so far I'm slowly getting the hang of it. One thing I have fallen in love with is the battery. My battery could last all day no problem. Even if I use it heavily, it still lasts me all day. The camera, the live pictures, the way to move around the phone, it's new, but I'm enjoying it. I like the smoothness of this phone. I don't like that it doesn't have expandable memory, but iPhone has always been like that, therefore I went for the 256gb to be in he safe side but still a cheaper purchase. So far I am really enjoying my phone, there's still much I have to learn about it but I am liking every feature it has to offer so far. My fiance and I are hoping to get our apple watches sometime soon as well. Not sure if I'll become a long term apple user, I still like Android, but I cannot say I am not enjoying IOS so far. Great phone, amazing features, super fast and smooth. Maybe not as customizable as Samsung, but it is still a great phone. Just need to get the hang of it more. Haven't been able to try the multiple features for this phone, but I do have to say I love how quickly it connected to my ear buds which are not air pods. also the setting for the car is amazing as well. It would be nice if iPhone would use the fingerprint sensor to be easier to unlock the phone without having to use the pinpad. Anyway, so far it's a good phone, will be back in a couple of months. Really recommend the phone so far!

This is the first iPhone I wasn't really excited for; but went ahead and upgraded since Best Buy/T-Mobile had a pretty good trade-in deal going on and my iPhone 11 Pro was getting a bit outdated (overall battery health was at 83%, it lacked a 120hz screen, and 5G). The 120hz screen is really nice, and yes, finally having 5G does make a difference in browsing/streaming on the go and makes me feel like I'm part of this decade. Aside from that - it's like having a bulkier version of my 11 Pro. The new design looks nice; but the edges aren't as comfortable as the curved 11 Pro edges to hold or to pocket - pocketing my 11 Pro was nice, this phone just feels bulky. Also - yes, I love the f/1.8 aperture; but at the same time not overly amazed by the camera to where it justifies an upgrade from the 11 Pro. There are improvements in battery life as the phone does last longer, even with somewhat heavy use. Functionality wise - same old iPhone; basic and you can depend on it to work and keep you and your data secure. Overall, I am happy with the 13 Pro; but at the same time it was a "meh" upgrade that I don't think I really needed. If you're upgrading from the iPhone X or older or maybe from Android because you want to try iOS, the 13 Pro is definitely worth it; but if you aren't the type that needs to have the latest iPhone every year, just hold off until the next version. On a side note - want to thank Best Buy for finally being able to activate T-Mobile devices and for offering better deals on activations and trade-ins than actual T-Mobile Stores. Also, the team at my local Best Buy was awesome even though they were a bit overwhelmed with the number of activations on this iPhone release.

This is a great device, especially if you are upgrading from iPhone X. Camera is amazing, night mode has improved a lot. Square body design is perfect, good grip, reminds me of iPhone 5s. ProMotion is smooth and device feels snappy. Love gaming on this device. The battery is massive and yes i am getting 8+ Hrs on single charge with continuously taking office calls with Teams with video and screen sharing. One more thing, if you are struggling with best buy orders, DO NOT contact their customer care, instead visit the store and you will be surprised how efficiently store guys help you.

Upgraded to iPhone 13 pro from iPhone X. It’s a huge upgrade. Anyone who says different is stupid. Much better; screen, lighter smaller phone but same screen size, battery, speakers, camera, chip speed, 5G is much faster than LTE.

Great iPhone. Went with the pro because of the macro feature and it is pretty cool. I was hoping for better with night time camera but it’s still a huge improvement from my XS. It is slightly big to hold as was my XS, i don’t have dainty hands and i still have a hard time using my thumb to reach across the screen. I would have gone with the mini if i didn’t rely on maps for my job and the mini screen was too small for comfort while driving. Battery life also awesome but my car has s hard time keeping it charged while I’m working so i had to get a usb-c to lightening adapter for the cigarette lighter

My daughter loved it, amazing and great camera quality. It has a lot of space in it. Very durable.

Apple has pretty much perfected the art of designing and manufacturing phones. The iPhone 13 PRO is beautiful and screams premium quality. You are definitely getting your moneys worth if you buy this phone. The screen is bright and beautiful. The cameras have bigger and stabilized image sensors. The battery lasts all day, even two whole days if you’re just a casual user. Yes I know, the Notch can be an eyesore, and iOS feels dated sometimes. But it just works, Face ID is fast, secure and reliable. iOS is fast, stable and reliable and apples built in apps just work better than most apps out there. I trust the camera app to capture moments quickly and beautifully. Video quality is in my opinion still the best amongst the competition. I have a mirrorless camera which should take better video than my iPhone but I reach for my phone before my actual camera whenever I want to take a video. Phones are very expensive now a days. Whether you choose to get a Samsung , or google phone, or apple iPhone. You’re going to spend at $600 or more for a new phone. So I started recommending iPhones to friends and family because iPhones are just built to last, and you’ll definitely have a great, reliable phone for at least 3 years.

I had a 12 promax and felt after 1 year it was to big. That being said the 13 pro's macro camera and battery life are outstanding and I can't believe how fast this thing is. I thought the 12 was fast, but this one is even faster. Best Buy offered the best trade-in offer and the process of switching phones while using them was so easy. I will definitely use Best Buy again since I am a T-Mobile customer and Best Buy now offers their service.

Excellent phone. Excellent camera quality. The issues are screen sensitivity, slowness of the phone once you get to 200 GB and if you’re on FaceTime too long, and increasingly poor battery life. It withers away too fast for such an expensive phone.

It is a good phone, I do not have any complaints, If you are someone who is a minimalist like i am then you will probably even think this is to much but the camera quality is good and I do not have any trouble with it. I will say like all apple products the battery life wears down.

Great phone as an upgrade to a Samsung s10e. Love the picture quality and it offers good value for the price. Would recommend upgrading to the pro for the extra money since it offers better camera features. Battery life is fantastic and the phone runs everything quickly.
