I love shopping at Best Buy except for one Best Buy. The Best Buy at Salem NH charges you to transfer your old iPhone to the new iPhone that we purchased at Best Buy and charge us to put on screen protector too . All other Best Buy did not charge us for another iPhones we purchased.Stay away from Salem NH Best Buy

Phone is really great . But the Best Buy geek squad team seemed to be freshers. They did not know how to easily transfer data from my old phone to the new one . This location ( Bestbuy - Gresham- Oregon)is 1.5 hours away from me and I had to drive twice as they could not figure out how to transfer in one go.

Excellent quality as usual from Apple. Camera images are amazing. I just wish they could get rid of the camera bump.

besbuy had the best deal on these new iphones the iphones come with much better cameras on them and are simple to use.

It was a Christmas gift and seems to work well. She said the battery life is a lot better than her iphone 10

It was a gift for my husband, so far he is very happy with his new phone. People from Best Buy were very helpful with the set up of new phone. We exprienced few glitches afterwards but they were easily fixed after we called TMobile and Apple.

I'm not an Apple person but I got this so I would be able to FaceTime with the family. Has a solid OS and the ecosystem is great. Just wish it was a little more customizable like Android. :)

I am a 72 year old previous Android user. While I am still learning, I have found the Iphone 13 Pro to be intuitive enough to get me through the rough patches of using it. I'm still trying to learn how to use the fancy bits of the camera.

iPhone is the best always can't go wrong with Apple iPhone. I like the pro over the pro max because is smaller to carry and use it's really worth the money and it's a long-lasting phone.

The screen is clear. Takes great photos. Compared to the X definitely an upgrade

I like this phone. I've had it for a couple of weeks now. It's a little bigger than my old phone, but it feels easier to hold and to toggle volume buttons than my 11 pro did when I had a case on.

Best iPhone and BestBuy executive was great and took time to move over the data from our old phone. Will definitely recommend BestBuy to our friends and will use for future purchases.

Order this item online and went to my local store for setup. I must say the sales rep was so patient and thorough. So sad I don’t remember his name. But I’m in love with this phone

I actually think the phone is terrific and a decent upgrade from my 11pro - my only issue is that when taking video, the camera will struggle to focus or completely lose focus
