I love this iPhone! The color is so pretty especially paired with a clear case.

As always Iphone has made their best with this new iphone13 pro version

Had to return the following day to have them complete download to my new iPhone, This was caused by BB having three different people on the new phone as it was downloading the preceding day. This is second time I had problems when buying an iPhone from BB. Probably won't buy one from them next time!

it took too long to transfer data from previous Xs phone

This phone works fine. However, Apple focuses on the sale of this phone due to better camera and battery life and assumes incorrectly that means this is the preferred size. The improved camera is great and the battery life is good. However, the size is way too big. It is also frustrating that it forces the face ID when Samsung mastered the fingerprint on a smooth screen. I chose this option purely based on the camera, brand, and battery life. But, it is heavy and big. Too big to easily carry in shallow pockets.

It’s just another iPhone. But Best Buy needs a review in order to give out my reward point. Yes that’s correct. Wow

The speaker is horrible and apple support doesnt help. Im starting to not like apple they are not as reliable as before.

Standard iPhone, the biggest downside is the buttons are too easily depressed so plan on a lot of inadvertent screenshots!

Camera bulge is so big, even with a case on the phone, it won't lie flush. Not only is this annoying and unstable for the phone, but also makes my phone not sit flush enough to enable wireless charging on almost every charger (especially my car charger). Considering the prices Apple asks for their luxury designs, this annoying detail suggests a careless, thoughtless approach to design. Phone doesn't even cleanly fit on Apple's own duo charger or any other qi charger I have. Only the Magsafe, which doesn't let you remove without two hands... might as well use a wired charger.

It’s an iPhone not much has changed. The people helping set it up didn’t set it up right so I had to wait a week for Apple to unlock the phone so it could be used.

I liked my old phone better. It was a ten. This one is slow and lags at the exact wrong times. Do not buy this if you’re even remotely satisfied with your current phone.

Best Buy left me down! These phones are good, but not if you don’t get them after someone else stole your Credit Card and BestBuy gives them the phone anyway.

Phone itself is a 5 star but the bestbuy experience is below 1 star.

This is the best upgrade I've ever had, I love the 120 hz screen, and the camera upgrade is nice. And the battery lasts NINE HOURS with HEAVY USE! Out of this world!

Upgraded from XR to 13 Pro. Love the improvements in the visual display. Image is more crisp and clear. The photos are 10 fold better and also have more Clarity. I noticed significant faster speed with phone (switching between apps and functionality of apps)

iPhone 13 pro is great, camera is amazing, size is PERFECT!!! I’m so happy the 13 pro has the same features as the 13 pro max. I was tired of the big max phone but wanted all the goods!
