I am always pleased when I upgrade an iPhone. This is no exception. I bought the 13ProMax to have a larger screen, and to have a better camera. While it is taking a little to get used to the larger phone, I'm liking what I see !!!! Best Buy always gives me superior service, as well. Thank you to Steve (mgr) and the three techs who set up my phone.

The phone is great, I really enjoyed my experience with the employees that help me purchase my phone. Make Sure you get insurance for it though… i damaged my phone in a car accident and it doesn’t work anymore sadly. Wasted 1000 bucks but overall, it was great phone; wish it wasn’t so fragile.

Love the new phone. Upgraded from an iPhone X with noticeable differences. The screen and picture appear clearer than the X but speed isn’t as much as I predicted. 5G makes it run planes it normally wouldn’t so that a big plus. Love the phone and huge difference in battery life.

I have always love the iPhone. Thex13 pro max is no different. The battery life thus far last approximately 36 hrs without a charge (heavy use) the touch screen is very sensitive (that’s a plus) pictures are phenomenal!

Love it! So many perks I can’t take advantage of them. My battery life is exceptional and pictures are awesome. Expensive? Yep. But so far no complaints.

This new phone feels alot snappier and screen is alot better. The camera takes amazing pictures and it adjusts the exposure for you to make the pictures more vibrant.
