I met with the representative in store and he helped me in placing the order and phone was showing around 1 month of waiting time but got the notification just after 3-4 days to pick up the phone from the store. Earlier I had iPhone 12 pro max and I had to pay ~127$ for the upgrade so it was a steal deal for me. overall there is not much difference between both the phones.

Great Upgrade

Ordered online while I was at the T-Mobile store. Showed up at Best Buy and order was already available for pickup. All I had to do was take my SIM card out of the old phone and into the new one. Logged in with my Apple ID and was able to restore from backup and everything was good to go. Definitely recommend going through Best Buy for upgrades in the future.

Not bad coming from an iPhone XS Max

They didn’t get it until three weeks later but have a now great experience fast reliable. Just I’m not sure about this 5G thing as connection seems to be slightly faster then 4G LTE or same.
