The phone came days ahead of time. The sales rep (Jordan) Lebanon NH, was very polite and knowledgeable. He had our phones ordered and when they came in He set them up for us. He was multitasking several shoppers and I never felt like I was being ignored. I will look for Jordan when I come to that store again.

This is my first iPhone after being an android user for so long and it’s pretty good. My last phone was the galaxy s10 ultra but stopped caring for galaxy phones after they removed the sd card slot. I still don’t really understand the hype around every single product that apple pumps out but this is not a bad phone.

I was lucky enough to get this iPhone 13 pro max after 3 failed trip to Apple store. Trade in my iPhone 11 and got this 13 pro max. Just heads up they ask $45 to transfer data from android to iPhone, said no thank you as I knew it is fairly simple task, came home and did it myself, took 45 minutes or so.

Everyone in the family has the new iPhone 14 pro or pro max, purchase this phone right before the 14 came out. I find it to be more than excellent and on par. The 14 pro does have an advanced camera, for my use this has not been relevant.

Probably the best phone available but cant wait for the lightning port to die. Hopefully Apple loses the fight against the standardization of USB-C.

Give and take. Love the simple use (coming from an Android device) but wished for more customization app and gui wise. Wished there was a finger print reader as using it at night, or in a dark area, the face recognition doesn’t work well. Still a great product.

Amazing battery life from the iPhone 12 PRo Max. But also takes longer to charge as a result.

I love my new phone it was really hard to get luckily I found one and it was the last one someone was ordering it online and they happen to cancel their cart so when I got to the store luckily I was able to get the one still waiting to be put back on the shelf .

Great phone with fast 5g. Great display only had a bit of issues getting setup with T-Mobile but other than that things are great.
