Worst iPhone purchase I’ve ever made!!! This phone is terrible, it has lousy connection issues and sounds horrible to the receiver. It will not connect to my vehicle so that I can enjoy hands-free phone service while driving. It drops calls quite often.

Good phone. The battery life is not meeting expectations but overall good.

Great phone. I upgraded from an XR and this phone is so much nicer.

Signal drops all the time never had this issue with previous phone traded my other phone in now im stuck with this junk for some time.

Read this review if you are thinking of buying an iPhone at best buy with a T-Mobile line. I bought my iPhone at Best Buy with a T-mobile line because they offer more money for my old iPhone (trade-in) than Apple. But I regret it so much! I paid for my iPhone in full the same day I got it; I don't owe them anything; I meet all the requirements they ask for unblock my phone and still they refuses to unlock it. I don't know if the same thing happens to everyone, but based on my experience DO NOT BUY IT THIS WAY. I bought my phone on October 15, 2021 and until today my phone is still carrier block.

I am not an iphone person, but my family love their new phones.

I upgrade from iPhone 12 Pro Max to iPhone 13 pro max and some apps does not worked, so I full erase the phone and after that the apps work well.

Paid $39.99 for transfer and setup of purchased phone. Incorrectly setup, had to get help from my carrier T-mobile in order to make phone calls.

Slower then my old phone. I had the 12 pro max and this one has a weaker connection with my service that’s supposed to be 5G

i buy my phone and pay full amount and now i try to unlock no body can help me to unlock my this device. it's really worst experience to buy from bestbuy

iPhone 13 pro max T-Mobile with trade, but phone guy couldn’t turn on the service. I ended up reusing my old sim card.

Face ID doesn’t always work. Touch screen doesn’t always sense my touch. 5g isn’t all that great.

It took forever for them to hand me my phone. They opened my the box and put their finger prints all over my phone. Supposedly, they had to activate it?? I don't know but I sure didn't appreciate them taking matters into their own hands (literally). Was there for an hour just staring at the girl at the register trying to figure out what they were doing. Phone works well.
