Alot of confusion and time spent that seemed much less complex.

Worst purchase ever. The sound is cutting off, there is defect with the speaker. I had one day left to return the iphone, but they didn't allow me to return it, I showed them on the receipt that still I have one day to return it, but they didn't return it or exchange it for me. Avoid buying iPhone from bestbuy.

Camera is awful. After comparison with iPhone 12 , 11 and 8 . You better off with android or older iPhones because the camera of this phone sucks. Not bright very dull. Not what you expect from a newer phone model.

I bought this phone as T-mobile upgrade trade in option. while picking up the phone at desk due to not able to price match,told them not needed and they got the phone back. They gave me SIM only saying already scanned the order. Any my money got deducted and order is saying picked up the order. Visited the store again still my issue is not resolved yet.

5g is not working on this phone, total waste and I am using LTE only

Really love this phone. Yes it’s similar to a 12 but upgrading it to had some nice changes. The 120 hz display is so smooth and the battery feels like it can last forever compared to my last phone. If you can get it at a really good deal, I’d definitely go for it. It has everything and more! I wish they did put usb c or Touch ID in screen but it’s still a great all rounder iPhone!

I preordered my I phone 13 pro max on September 18 to be one of the first people to enjoy this phone. But unfortunately I dealt with unorganized company because till now November 15 I don’t recive it

Upgraded from Xs Max. It is worth every penny. 5G connection, 120 GHz screen, longer battery life.

Love the camera and the battery. The phone is perfect love the big screen

I use this phone a lot for work, downloading/uploading pdf files, filling/updating/uploading reports & taking a ton of pictures, on top of that after a 10hrs work day still have 45-55% battery left. Great pictures and video recording is insanely stable and sharp.

Amazing camera and love the color and battery is amazing, just hate that it don’t come with a charger block

The only different i see compare with my 11 promax and 13 pro max is the cinematic camera other than that is the same phone, i wish this alpine green was available when i got mine the blue one looks stupid i hate the white one or the gold one the black one are popular they need more colors the cheaper one have more variaty of colors
