Bought this on October 10th. Still haven’t gotten it. If I had the phone it would get 5 stars. Buy the phone, person who reads this review.

Still a little small for my liking. Feels good for a phone for people that have a hard time with tech.

Excellent device! Switched from a Samsung galaxy s8. For me the camera the main attraction. Very solid camera with lots of features. The battery life is really good. Only have to charge it every other day or so and I use it quite a bit throughout the day.

Nice phone so far! The camera is very nice it does take good pictures so bright and clear. Battery life does has been great. Huge improvement from the iPhone 11. I really like the size of the phone and color.

I have a decade or more of Android experience, and I liked the straight forward approach. There are “features” on the iPhone 13 Pro Max that initially I find silly, e.g. Airplay. A few Android apps are superior in my opinion to iPhone counterparts. There are iPhone apps that have no Android competition. The 13 Pro Max is a fine instrument. I will get used to it. I am not disappointed with it. I paid more for the Apple. Time will tell if it is worth the extra $$$. It clearly has improvements over my 4 year old Android.

Don't listen to the other guy the camera is so good on the pro max

Exactly what I wanted though I was hoping for more storage. I did have to go to my carrier and get an adjustment to my account though. Fortunately, an office was Just down the street. A replacement for a lost phone and Christmas shopping put me in a bad place, but Best Buy did come through for me. Love the phone so far, upgrade from a 7 plus so it is a big jump.

Biggest camera upgrade in years. Plus the 120 hertz screen bruh

I loved the camera and the way to edit the videos was so easy that now my videos look better

i really love my new IPhone 13 Pro Max and the battery is very long lasting but it has taken me a while to get used this IPhone because it is my first one i have ever owned.

It’s not Best Buy’s fault my guy…they don’t make the iPhones. Shortage in everything now you should know that !!!! SMH

It is not best buys fault the phones were delayed it was beyond their control. They were very helpful in my strange situation with activating the phone and offered many options for me.

He don’t know anything About pro max is a great phone  He probably doesn’t know how to use it lol

It's an iPhone 12 with a new screen, processor, and camera, they didn't even bother changing the lightning port which has usb 2.0 speeds, not even usb 3.0.

I love the phone. Took awhile to learn to use it. The color is very nice.

Best Buy is the best place to get high tech equipment ! Super fast shipping

As with all Apple phones, it was a good purchase made.
