I think phone performance and reliability has become stagnant. They bring out new phones with a few new features, but they all perform very well. People upgrade them because they break them. Other than that, they are the same as the previous 3 or 4 models prior.

I was scared I would lose my apps, info or wouldn’t be able to understand how to operate it. The CSR transferred all the data for us and put it all together. Very happy with the phone and service.
