    Wife needed a new phone to replace her iPhone 8. So far she is very happy. The Best Buy employee who set the phone up for her was very patient with my tech novice wife and also very knowledgeable.

    Love the phone so far. Really wanted the silver but they only had one in stock and it would not turn on or charge. We could have ordered one but had already paid in full so it would not allow the order.

    Updated from iPhone 7 to iPhone 13 pro max. What a difference, I can’t believe what i have been missing. Love it, so much better and the camera is the bomb.

    The phone was amazing I loved everything about it. Especially the Sierra blue. But I did return it to purchase one for more storage. But other than the storage space this phone was amazing.

    4 stars. Why? Well it's a good phone. Does everything it's supposed to. I Love Apple. Is there anything special? Not really. The bar is so high, I'm not wowed. But it does everything it is supposed to, so you cannot go wrong. Is it a good value? Not for all that money. Would I buy it again? Yes.
