I never got the phone. It stolen during delivery..

3 days with the phone, bought from AT&T, and the backlight dims about 3/4s of the way. The rep literally said “if this doesnt meet your expections, return it”, that’s laughable! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It really any better than the iPhone 8 I traded in. Still have same glitches.

The iPhone ProMax 13 is ugly. it took me five days to set up. It asks for too many passwords..When you reset the pass word It shows the password but not the user name..I wish h I kept.. my iPhone 6. It was much easier to and not so clunky.

Person who sold me IPhone 13 pro max pro awful. Didn’t show me anything how to use it told me to finish transferring it at home because it takes too long in the store. Told me everything went over to my ATT account. Which is long and I had to call AT&T to correct it. They told me he should’ve done it in the store obviously he did it and told me he did, Told me he was a manger.. Very very disappointed at Best Buy. Do not want to review since I had to say about my experience. I had to call Apple to find out what features and benefits

I have owned every iPhone since the iPhone 3GS and I can finally say that this is the best iPhone I have ever owned. I upgraded from the iPhone 12 to the iPhone 13 Pro Max. Last year I did not upgrade to the Pro model or even the Max because I did not see a huge enough difference. This year, I knew I wanted to bigger iPhone because I had found while owning the smaller 12 that I wanted a bigger screen on my iPhone. Since the pro models this year were finally offering pro motion, a bigger battery, and Macro sensor; it was enough for me to pull the trigger for the bigger screen iPhone. What I love about having a bigger iPhone; is it changes the overall experience of ios. With the bigger screen real estate its much more enjoyable watching content from, its better for editing photos while on the go, its better for gaming, and also for reading content. Lets face it, 99.9% of what we do on our phones anymore depend on the screen quality. The price difference also is not that much different over time and after a while you are able to master the acrobatics of owning a bigger phone that you just don't notice it anymore.

Since I have switch to 5G I have drop calls and poor call quality

Never ever placing a pre order with you guys I ordered it on the 21st of September and is expected to come in on Oct 15 2 weeks after its release that’s a joke !!! I shouldn’t have off ordered and I paid the phone in full !!

Screen is acting weird and it’s kind of a manufacturer defect! Cannot return it because they will charge 45. As per bestbuy policy
