Upgraded from iPhone 11 to the 13 pro max and loving the phone. Snappy performance, beautifully responsive, larger screen and great battery life - what more can one ask from an upgrade. Bestbuy pickup experience was great, the mobile desk rep knew what he was doing.

I got this for my wife as I upgraded her from he XR and she loves it the size the quality, battery, screen,speed all brings her happiness. As much as I'm a one plus fan, happy wife equals happy life and seems like Apple got it right with this phone

From iPhone 7 Plus to iPhone 13 max ! What a difference….. pretty much same size but some much more Screen ! Screen is sharp quality is what you expect from Apple… the only downsize ..is a bit heavy!! But it’s worth the quality .! Very happy

Switching from an android, this is my first ever iPhone I love it a lot, I had the latest Samsung before this, I waited until the iPhone has 120Hz display because once you see the difference between 60Hz and 120Hz you do not want to go back to 60Hz again. The camera is phenomenal, especially the cinematic mode, takes great photos in every lighting condition, I thought the battery would not be so great, but I get full day of battery with moderate to heavy use and still have some juice left over. It's just a great-built phone, cant wait to get the watch to go with it. If you switch over from android like me, it will take some time getting used to, but you will love it I promise.

Good battery life, beautiful design as all iPhone phones. Some features are better than Android, but some are not. Apple still has a lot staff can be improved. Especially usc type c. I have Mac and iPad Pro, they all use type c. Why phone still use lightings? Bad Apple, you already the one of most profitable companies in the world. Please change! We don’t want to take an extra cable!

What an upgrade from my iPhone 6s. I was always hesitant on upgrading and going with a larger phone. I used my 6s until it literally quit. After that I went nearly four months without a phone until the day I pick this up. Not having a phone for that long allowed to think on a use my phone and the charges I'd like to make in the future. After using this phone now for a couple weeks I simply love it! I love the build quality, the weight, camera is amazing and the screen is even better. What will come next? Oh yeah.. one last thing.. the BATTERY LIFE! The casual user could go a few days without charging. I've gone a couple days myself. Just wish it was available in matte black.

I love Apple in general and upgraded from an Xs Max to this phone and it feels great. The refresh rate and the squared edges are good. My screen slightly scratched on the first day though so I am a little disappointed. I didn’t even let it touch any hard surfaces it was just there one day after getting my phone. Battery life is insanely good and so it the camera.

The phone is really awesome. I'm coming from an iPhone 11, so this is a big jump from me. I like the finish with this model and I'm glad they decided to get rid of the "curved" display. Being able to utilize an actual full screen protector is much appreciated. Then, there is the display. Being able to use a display that gives off true black is awesome. I recently gotten a laptop that is OLED and it has the same beautiful feature. With the 120 refresh rate it makes everything on the screen much more smoother. Overall it was a big jump for me and I'm glad to be able to get the latest and best model phone

The screen is perfect. The phone is WAY too heavy. But the battery life is insane, and the camera is very versatile, taking good shots late at night with the night mode.

Great phone very easy to use, color is ok more of a girl color camera is great and I’ve had no issues with the battery life however I do live in low power mode

Best iPhone yet. Fast phone, great camera, good battery life. Cinematic mode is a bit gimmicky but I hope they introduce 4K technology to this feature.

What is not yo love about tge 13 pro max. Love everything about it. Love the 5g. Love the sound quality. Love its quickness. Camera quality is oast ourstanfing

The iPhone 13 ProMax has been pretty awesome for me. Love the features it has, the size is perfect, the box shape is what initially sold me on getting it.

Hands down the best device I have ever had. The size takes a bit to adjust to if you have small hands, but is not insurmountable. The screen size and keyboard size is amazing and the battery life is absolutely unbeatable. This thing is a powerhouse that won’t die. The ProMotion display is incredible- fast, bright, and crisp. I really don’t see how Apple can improve this, honestly. It’s perfect. Also, I love this color. If you like green, the Alpine Green finish is beautiful in person.
