Horrible Verizon support

I may lose out on the trade in deal because it's so convoluted and spends fruitless hours nightly unsuccessfully trying to get someone to help

At the Hyannis store where I bought, hey promised me $200 for the tradein, but when I showed up in Dedham with the clean traded i-phone, they only gave me $130. Their representations and operation were misleading.

Overheating issue
