Long battery life compared to previous models- that is the best feature. It is also much heavier than other iPhones. Features and speed etc is equivalent to the iPhone 11 Pro

Good, but not life changing.

Are a bigger screen, the 2 day battery life( I have a hard time draining the battery) , and it just looks like it’s pro. Unless your a techy who knows all that. If your an average everyday user, don’t upgrade. It’s not worth it. The cons are the price, the screen is to sensitive, oh the Retina display is no difference. If you notice every new iPhone supposedly has a better Retina display. ( ROLLING EYES). If you buy from bestbuy make sure the plan , details , are correct. I wasn’t told the truth when I bought it. I wasn’t a happy camper.

What I will say is the process of getting my phone upgraded at Best Buy was far and away a better experience than the Verizon store. They weren't pushy, they had plenty of options in stock, and they didn't try to upsell me on anything.
