120hz screen works well, nice battery life, nice OS. Would recommend if you're upgrading from a phone that should be upgraded. If you have a XS Max or newer, there's no need to upgrade.

The Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max has great sound, great display however it's huge and not so easy to hold. It's also quite heavy. Should have gone for the smaller iPhone 13 Pro.

Excellent Camera quality. Except camera, it would be same for the people who are using the iphone 12 pro max. some advantages are there, but it is much more noticiable.

This phone was definitely worth the upgrade. I get better reception as far as cell connections and better sound quality on calls. Not to mention the battery life. It is amazing.

This was a beautiful phone, and I love my phones and tech as much as the next guy- but this was TOO LARGE for me. Especially coming from a iPhone 12 mini. I’m not afraid of large phones, I’ve had every note series- but this is too big. When I pulled this out of my pocket for work- it was just too big and bulky to enjoy using. Always worried you are going to drop it. Ended up getting a 13 mini upon return. Very large phone. With case makes it very large. Costs more to insure. Heavier for your car holders, etc. I’m just not convinced the average person needs this. Beautiful powerful device otherwise.

I really enjoyed the Samsung line for years but I think I got bored the new features and tired of feeling like my phone wasn’t high end. iPhone gives you that feeling that the phone is expensive while Samsung does not. Most of the last eat features I just was not using or was not working as expected.

This is the phone to have! I love my iPhone 13 Pro Max! I knew this is the one I wanted because all the bells and whistles and it’s even better than I thought.

With the trade in deal, I couldn’t resist upgrading. You feel the quality with the device and it feels premium. My third iPhone and my first Pro purchase.

Phone was nice. A bit heavy though. Still on process of learning some apps. Good that there’s a 3 months free trial of apple apps. Overall I love my phone.

bought this phone for my wife to convert her away from her note, she loves it and wont be going back to android. Camera takes great photos and call come in clear.

Best apple iphone there is! Camera is amazing. Only problem i see is that the bottom where you connect your lightning cable scratches easily.

I love my phone details are sharp and accurate, colors are rich without being oversaturated, focusing is fast and reliable, portrait mode is good enough to use day to day, and low light and night sight are both exceptional.

I have upgraded to this phone after 4 years with my old phone. I like it a lot. Although many people have complained that it is a carbon copy of iPhone 12 as I haven’t used iPhone 12 till now. This is much much better than my old one. Camera quality is far better than its competitors.

Great communication and prompt help from the employee. Very friendly. A good update from 12 Pro Max as the battery life is better and longer.

I got the blue one for my wife, she love this one, it may little bit heavy for her, still can handling it.
