Camera is worth the upgrade, had the 12 pro max for awhile

I was hesitant to make the switch but I moved from Samsung to iPhone with this purchase and it was worth every penny. Free apple care with total tech is an added plus

I was an iPhone user for a while and switched to Samsung just for a change. iPhone is the best friendly user there is. I’m again an iPhone user and will never change to any.

Coming from iPhone 8+ I’ve got this to say… dAng. Upgrade is an understatement. Perhaps not from the 12 Pro, but overall seriously remarkable tool. Definitely lives up to the hype.

Best Buy actually have trade in deals otherwise t-mobile does offer much. Thanks to Best Buy. iPhone itself is amazing. I appreciate the 5G speed.

I see it working good. But unable to buy it with an offer that TMobile has offered: that is the bad part as it would help to get cash back on a exchange old phone.

Love, love, love my phone. So happy I decided to purchase at Best Buy. Received an amazing deal with my trade in. Never buying a cellphone any other place.

I started this process earlier, but cancelled the order at the store when it arrived. I was unhappy with the process after that. It seemed like miscommunication from BB and TMobile. I would try to reorder and it would not go through. I called each one, and they would point the finger at the other. It wasn't until I went into the store where this was resolved. Then came the issue from associate mishandling and T-Mobile web/systems not working. I think I was at the store for 3 hours trying to get this work. This is because the person at the register tried to activate the phone there, instead of having me go to the mobile counter. The checkout person didn't follow the right sequence of steps, that meant TMobile had bad information. I don't care who is to blame. I am customer, I need my solution, not a finger pointing game. The drive is lighting fast moving over hundreds upon hundreds of gigs of data in a matter of seconds. Large Steam files moved over rapidly from my game library.

Customer service on point had extract color and storage i wanted very happy with my purchase would really recommend it and buying it from Best Buy !

Yeah it’s the best. From the screen to the camera upgrades, it’s a solid smart phone with the classic  iOS we all know. Build quality is 2nd to none.

I’ve had this Phone for 6 months and haven’t had an issue with it. The picture quality is outstanding and the video quality as well.

Excited to get a new phone!! It was in stock and took about 3 weeks to get to the store. Was pretty easy to pick up and switch sim cards etc...
