    I purchased my IPhone 13 pro max 256GB and waited over one month. But I am very disappointed, once battery is low and charge it, screen will come out 2 tones color. I bring it to Bestbuy speeded me 3.5 hours, cuz they don’t have it in stock. I have to returned it and wait for another month till December. And I may lost the November promotion. I don’t know what to do. So disappointed and wasted me so much time. But I appreciate the team to help me, but Best Buy system give them a hard time. Because I purchased it online pick up in store and trade in.

    Bought this phone to replace my 12 pro. Was really happy to see that Best Buy was dealing with T-Mobile again. Excellent phone but wish it was offered in Product Red.
