    Purchased this phone for me and my wife. It wasn't long before my wife was doing a lot of huffing and talking under her breath. After asking what was wrong my wife explained to me that the phone was not user-friendly. A lot of the apps are NOT compatible and my wife was finding it difficult to use the phone. I, myself, find that the phone is not very user-friendly. Maybe that's why I'm trading mine back in and returning back to Samsung Ultra.
