was great phone was configured with minor issues regarding connection with the carrier.

I went from the iPhone XS Max so I could enjoy a faster phone on a faster 5g network but has been the opposite. It seems that pages are taking longer to load, I have less coverage area and in some cases I have struggled with the camera reading barcodes that I use on my job. I am really not impressed and which I didn’t have spent the money.

I purchased 4 of these phones but I’m having issues with 1. I can’t hold a charge and phone freezes when I try to answer. It’s frustrating because they are back ordered. I exchanged my phone so I can’t return. The other 3 seems to work fine. I think I got a defected one. I can’t answer calls without rebooting 75% of the time.

I think I like my iphone12 pro max better than this but it’s still a great phone.

Same design, not big improvements, but if you are an Apple fan this phone is good

I love my new phone. I love that I was able to get it in the Sierre Blue color.

It is a good purchase with new technologies. I really like my new device.

Phone was great but HORRIBLE SERVICE. They first messed up and added the phone payments to my T mobile service payment when I told them not to, then they messed up and disconnected my phone service when I told them it was for my son for his service not mine. I could of that slide but the lady that helped us the next day was horrible!!! She was SO RUDE!!!! she calmed to be the manager that she could do what she wanted, I was just tired I went after work after not having service for the whole day and she start being rude, horrible experience if I’m honest she was the worst.

This phone is supposed to be an upgrade from an iPhone 11. Unfortunately there seems to be an issue on the processor that seems to be slower. Also the 5g coverage seems to be less. Which I had my old phone.

Love the phone, love the Best Buy fast shipping service, but I don't like the way we paying too much for a phone and the charger is not included, iphone is going worse since he's inventor die

Love the phone but have to keep on low battery mode to have the battery last. Apple did not update this phone in longevity of battery.

Your representative has been extremely professional and helpful. My delivery has been delayed indefinitely and my order is at risk of being cancelled. That negates the discounts I qualified for and I’m not happy about that at all. Retailers must figure out how to navigate the supply chain issues and avoid false expectations/ commitments and not honoring discounts is unacceptable when delivery commitments are not met.

Obviously a high performing flagship phone from Apple. However, classic Apple prices and purposely leaving certain features out vs the competition, shady which is why I might start looking elsewhere.

They sold me a phone that wasn’t working a defected phone I had to go to apple for a replacement , wasn’t happy

They have too many things that needs to be worked out.

Disappointed in the camera, Note 22 had a much better one.
