Amazing service with Alex Twist

But this review is for my new favorite BB guy, Alex Twist. He made the entire process of trading in phones etc the EASIEST transaction I’ve EVER had when dealing with phone purchase or anything phone related. Every company should have an army of Alex’s. He’s so knowledgeable, user friendly and patient. I can’t sing his praises enough. He needs a raise! And no, I’m not related..:)

I like the phone

Needed to get used to the IPhone styles. This is a big phone, and takes a while to get used to handling it. Had an issue with connecting to my car audio through the Apple Car Play. Besides that no other major issues with the phone.
