The girl who took care of me was really efficient and friendly. She put on a screen protector and wrapped my new phone in a leather case (both of which I naturally had to buy). She then transferred my phone data from my trade to the new phone. And she then erased my old phone's memory right in front of me. All told, I was in and out in 35 minutes. I couldn't be happier!!
