Best Buy Guy Made It Work!

I just wanted it to do the few things for which I use a cell phone, and it does! So, this is excellent. But what is really important is that the Best Buy employee spent a few hours getting it all set up to do this. He was pretty knowledgeable but ran into a few problems he could not solve. He knew who to ask for help, quickly turned to that Best Buy employee, and he solved it. (It was all guys.) So, I could not be happier about this transaction.

No home button is annoying to me. Biggest benefit to me is the much longer battery life.
