Amazing takes great pictures the screen is perfect size

The phone is great. Size wise, I had a smaller one previously and this one is just slightly larger (physically) but the screen is so much bigger due to the full top to bottom being used. Super fast and a breeze to use.

The photos and sounds are amazing . It's just the right giga for children who have just entered middle school.

Love the iPhone 14. Great new features and excellent camera quality.

I have to say how impressed I am with the BestBuy in Racine, Wisconsin. I spent 2.5 hours there buying a new phone. Michael, the AT&T specialist was a delight. He kept me updated on the progress of my phone upgrade and at one point he was helping 3 people at a time. I also must compliment Tyana, Demetrius and the store manager, Mitchell. They never missed a beat in helping the customers in the store and their attitudes were so unpretentious, and they truly made my wait a breeze. Your in-store communication is brilliant and more stores should utilize this technique. Thank you for training your employees well. It clearly makes a huge difference in how your customers are treated and it’s a breath of fresh air in the retail workplace. I spoke to each of the above named employees and gave them my thanks. Each employee needs to hear kudos in the workplace, especially when customers are so quick to complain. Thank you for making my wait time enjoyable.

Went from an IPhone 6 to this - WOW!! I can get all apps and all updates now and feel like I have a purse size fast computer with me at all times! Sorry I waited so long in between updates! Feel like I have finally caught up with the times!!

My phone broke and I needed my GPS to get to work since I was new to the area. I went into best buy, the employee got me completely set up with a working phone within 30 minutes of being there. 100% recommend!

The Iphone 14 is good. It has the standard features my wife needs in her work. The phone has improved processing speed.

Upgraded from iPhone 8 to newest iPhone 14. The iPhone 8 was still working, but it was time to replace. Best Buy is by far better to purchase from than my carrier.

This was a giant step up from my previous iPhone 6. I am still learning all the new features, but they are great. Thanks to the Best Buy sales team for all their help!

Phone is compatible and holds a charge definitely an upgrade from the 12 mini I had.

Excellent!!! I enjoy using it so much and a great upgrade from the 7S I had. It does everything so quickly and efficiently. I am so delighted that I upgraded. The customer service was fantastic.

The product itself is not the reason for my 4 star rating. I had to make 3 trips to the store to resolve the data file transfer from my IPhone 7. It was caused by having my Norton VPN connected which prevented the transfer. This was not diagnosed until my 3rd visit, definitely a training issue which caused my inconvenience.

Larger screen than my last phone so it is easier to use. I like that it indicates when a satellite is available for emergency use and there is no cell signal.

I was a bit hesitant to purchase the iPhone 14 as I have always used the home button on my iPhones. This model is easy to use, lightweight and has great battery life. I'm glad I now own it!

My old iPhone was a 5 and bought a 14. I am impressed with my new phone has helped me to learn and use some very valuable apps that I didn't even know existed. I was so unhappy when I got my old phone wet by accident and it stopped working, and wasn't happy to have to pay for a new one. My mind has been changed as it is a great phone and totally worth updating and cost. Thank you Apple. And, thank you Best Buy for your wonderful people that helped me in all aspects of buying this phone.

Compared to my IPhone 6, this phone is amazing!!! Plus the memory update grade, I'm a Happy Camper now!!!

This phone is just the right size and works great! Charges quickly and has enough storage to run several apps and save photos.

My old iPhone SE (1st gen) finally gave up the ghost, so I took advantage of the Black Friday deal to pick up the new iPhone 14. A big leap forward from my old phone, and a much larger screen. Had some problems activating it for unknown reasons, so at BB's recommendation I took it over to AT&T and they got it squared away. Great battery life and works well so far, no complaints.

Upgraded from an iPhone 11 to 14. Everything about the 14 is worth it. Buy it.
