I bought this phone as open box excellent for my mother who was visiting and the phone was excellent to look at alright, but when she set this phone up back home, the microphone was not working. A visit to apple store found that this phone was opened in April 2024 and this damage was reported in November 2024. As she is overseas I am no longer able to return this. Junk from this "reputed company" What kind of business are you running any way?

Definitely a great value, but they still make it two years old seem to be three years old and it’s a budget iPhone, of course, but the rarity of finding it yellow is excellent. I was so happy they had it, but you know it doesn’t have the intelligence which I knew when I didn’t care, but just you know not the best phone you can get and I don’t recommend that I’ve had every iPhone including what I have now and other ones really don’t recommend it but the color is pretty cool. You know that the 14 is at the bottom of the line but if you need a good deal on something that’s basically antiquated, including it has a lightning port cord. It’s just feels old and it feels like to me you know it’s older technology and it’s one of Apple’s budget phones but

I'm beyond aggravated with this purchase. NO warning no GS support available to get phone activated. Even purchase the $200/plan at BB. Can't get assistance on the TracFone CS because this iPhone has an eSim installed!! Again, no warning. Buyer be ware!!

I do not recommend this phone because they’re obsolete no Apple Intelligence and Apple buzz it on purpose. Basically they’re letting you know if you want the intelligence move up to the better model plus the lightning cord which nobody uses it anymore. You know what you get what you pay for it OK value it’s Apple’s way of saying you need to move up to the better model you know a model then discontinue it isn’t worth it but you’re not. It’s a good value, but remember a short term gonna be available next year the pull into a different model like maybe the 16 or something just I don’t recommend it highly but

be aware that I bought this phone and supposedly it was new. when I went months later to upgrade at Apple Store they ran diagnostics and it turns out it was repaired at one point so turns out it was refurbished not new after all. when I went to store to see what they can do for me they basically told me due to beyond 14 day return period unable to do anything and stuck with phone. do not buy apple phones or apple products online. buy directly from Apple or carriers.

If you are ready to order an item online, get an empty box and get absolutely no help from support, go thru hassle of doing police complain, go ahead and order in best buy. I ordered phone and watch on the same day and got an empty box. I reached support team in few mins and they kept doing false promise of they will send an replacement/help, but nothing really happened. If there is anyone/team from best buy who is ready to help, I can share details of my order, complain and everything needed.

This was mailed to me, but I could never get it to work. Then I took it to the Geek Squad, and they thought it was working after 1.5 hours. When I got to my vehicle, it had stopped working again. I finally returned it.

I am very satisfied with this product, I highly recommend it!

Bought this brand new phone from Best Buy but it’s performance doesn’t feel like new, screen freeze some times, App lagging. Overall not good

I purchased 32 iphone 14 and 1 iphone 14 plus for chirstmas gifts. Because I purchased these as gifts, I did not open them. My grandkids iphone 14 when we went to have them activated, ended up coming up as Iphone 13 but I had purchased them in advace so the time to return had past. Highly upset with Bestbuy. I would advise you check because they did the bait and switch as the box dont say which one you have.

This isnt a phone review as i have never recived my order . I ordered on Dec.20th 2023 . It was delayed 3 times ( low inventory) . Ive waited for a month , it got back in stock and they still failed to fulfill my order . I was forced to cancel . If i repurchase it wont be for the same price . Btw they actually charged my card for $738 for the phone . It was not on authorization hold . It was actual payment for item that never been shipped .

Open box was terrible I was so excited to get a new phone at a lesser prince and this open box phone had issues with receiving messages and did not have the option for group messaging and could not get it to work at all with the messaging in general Would not recommend open box anything

Garbage... They don't tell you that is doesn't take a sim card until you find out, return it and get charge $50 restocking fees.

the unlocked phone they sold me didn't work with my carrier. When I came to return it they started to charge a restocking fee. When I complained the manager (Jola?) actually told me I should only buy phones from my carrier. She actually said to never buy a phone from best buy

A piece of junk got mine from Best Buy will never get another iPhone from Best Buy took them 25 hours at 5 hour increments to download my information from my old phone to my new. Which the phone still does not work correctly we are 72 and 78 years old and had to sit there for five hours while they tried to fix our new iPhone 14.

I bought the phone last month, after 3 weeks, there was $50 off, I contacted with bestbuy support and they said you had 15 days to have price match and we cant do price match. I had not even been a month yet.
