Finally switched from Android to iPhone, and I love it. Much easier for me to search and do my email. Best Buy staff were great helping me get it set up.

I bought two iPhones. Paid in whole. Tried to buy a third, but they refused to sell it to me unless I financed it. I refused. Had to wait 30 minutes while they verified that they had to finance it. Went to Verizon. Bought the third phone without any issues and it was much faster. Good phone. Horrible sales.(the clerk was fine. It was beyond his control)

Love this phone, takes fantastic pictures and battery lasts a long time. The yellow is lovely. Definitely 5 stars for me.
