Best phone I've had so far. I upgrade every other year. Camera on it is really good and take wonderful pictures. Speedy and not too bulky. Battery life on it is very good as well. I charge every night and never run out during the day.

Best buy prices and service was great. They were careful on transferring all information. After 5 months the back of phone cracked after buying an Otter case that should have protected and prevented that. I was informed by geek squad that this was my last day on Apple Care, however the app says 24 months.hmm. They said they could not fix it and that Apple would give me a new phone. Apples store refused and said they would fix it for a $29 fee. All my info was not transferred because the rep was impatient on getting me in before closing of store in 30 minutes. Plenty of time to check behind herself or me to check on all information. The phone is still glitching and touch screen delayed. I should have been given a new phone. When I went back they wanted me to make another appointment and said they needed to run diagnostics before determining a new phone. I don’t have time to run back and forth 30 minutes away. I missed my appointment and phone is still not right. I bet if I went back and complained the repair didn’t work they will say, sorry time has expired, you have to pay for another repair or purchase another 1,200 phone. I paid for phone at time of purchase, you would think Best Buy or Apple would have just replaced it to begin with. Instead I lost pictures of a family reunion etc.

Awesome phone! Had the 14 pro for one year until upgrading to the 15 pro. The only reason to get this phone over the base model 15 this year (which I recommend) is the advanced camera system. (The new base 15 has this models chipset the dynamic island and the addition of USB-C) If you’re stuck and you really can’t decide I can say the 14 pro did a phenomenal job holding up throughout the year. The stainless steal frame while being a fingerprint magnet holds up for durability. If you get the 14 pro max you don’t have to worry about the structural flaw of this years max model. The camera system on the pros have always been beautiful, apple has perfected the blend of hardware to software. Sure Samsung can put 10x more megapixels in their newest model of phone but apple has gotten very comfortable with their 48 megapixel camera and finds ways through software to use 110% of what it could do. I’m really impressed with how much I loved this past years model and I recommend it to those who aren’t ready to upgrade to USB-C just yet. I hope my 14 pro finds its home in the hands of someone who can use it to its full potential, it was an awesome ride! (Side note the 14 pros did experience a battery issue with some pro batteries depleting far faster than others)

Went from an iPhone 12 Pro to the 14 pro and I can definitely tell a difference. Looks good and as always, easy to use. I can stream music all day and still have half a battery left at the end of the day.

This phone is excellent, the battery last longer than the old phone, same usage the old phone needs to charge every day, but this phone only used 75% a day. I reduced one star because the phone is not able to transfer the to eSIM from my old phone after I paid the activation fee for $30, I have to go to AT&T to unlock the eSIM.

Easy to use. Transferring data and activating the phone was a breeze. Significantly better battery life than my older iphone.

The iphone 14 pro is one of my favorite phones since the 5/5S. It’s smooth, fast, and does everything I need it to do. The cameras are good, if not great. The only issue I’ve noticed is the battery health seems to be degrading faster than any other iPhone I’ve ever owned. After having the phone for about 10 months, I’m already in the low 90% range, while my spouse who has similar usage and charging habits is still at 100% battery health. Maybe I got one with a bad battery? I always purchase AppleCare+ for my phones, so it’s not a huge concern.

Switched from Samsung to an Apple. I thought I never would because I felt the Samsung took better pictures. However, the new 14 pro was very impressive. The service I received at Best Buy transferring from one phone to the other was really great. The girl that helped me went above and beyond.
