Loving my phone! At the moment I’m needing to take photos and videos for a project and the quality is superb. It looks as if I’m still standing in the scene. Battery can sometimes last me two days even if I’ve been steaming video.

Its an iPhone so it works. Bought for my wife after we switched from android ( the android 13 update had to many issues for our comfort ). Wife loves it misses her pixel 6pro sometimes but hasn’t had any issues with her iPhone.

Very easy process in buying the phone at Best Buy and it arrived quicker than the given date I was quoted. The salesperson that assisted me with the transaction was knowledgeable and very polite. My son was happy with his Christmas gift.

Best Buy is great when buying a new cell phone. The sales associate helped us pick the most affordable option and helped with transfer of data and making sure phone was working before we left the store.

Had a hard time ordering through the actual my verizon app because it wouldn’t take any of my credit cards but best buy was smooth and easy and they took the payment!

Great product. Pain in the butt to move things over and working with the carrier (Verizon) is terrible. Be sure you download the Verizon app first before you do anything and have all your info handy including your old phone. Trade-in promos are an issue too. That being said, the purple color is beautiful and the overall design of the product is awesome. What you expect from a quality item. Only issue I have is that the lens sticks out so much that w/o the case it sits lopsided.

Learning from others that have this iPhone is very important, especially if you've never had an iPhone before. I'm learning from family members that have this very model.

Great upgrade from my old iPhone 12 Pro! Dynamic Island feature is cool and the new camera is amazing!
