New gen of iPhone 14 Pro with best camera and display.

This picture quality is the best that I've gotten out of any iPhone. However, the video quality lacks. I often see my videos becoming choppy as if I were editing jump cuts into them.

Originally went in for the regular 14 but didn’t realize the associate grabbed the wrong one until after it was already activated. It turned out to be a happy accident because the phone is amazing. Great customer service the associate that helped us was amazing.

Great! Love the dynamic island, better camera and speed. Better cases were available than for my last phone too, so that’s a plus!

THE best iPhone I've owned to date. I had an iPhone 12 before the purchase and the Pro is upgraded in every way I need for my photo/video hobby - zoom levels on the camera, portrait mode, cinematic video, plus the action camera is icing on the cake. I use a gimbal for shots and the action feature does a really good job emulating that. The dynamic island is neat and I'm sure it will get more interesting through the lifetime of the phone. Deep Purple is a slick color and iOS 16 runs like a dream on it.

Great Phone and good offer from Best-buy for trade in. The new iphone is amazing and the camera is awesome. I love the ios 16 update and they way it looks. Deep Purple is amazing color. However I did not like the process of trade in through Best-Buy, I will appreciate in futureif you could give customer a chance to transfer data at their own leisure time. I tried transferring data from android to ios and the store executive did not allow it and ask to back up. How in the whole world will anyone transfer android backup to new ios without using move to ios app? The store executive said “He cannot do trade in unless the old phone is reset to factory and will open the new iphone” I am super annoyed with this. I have been a loyal best-buy customer for years and I did not expect that behavior. Please fix this system. If you don’t next your you would lose me as a customer

Needed a new phone as my old Apple phone had issues. I like the Apple product so this time I got the latest instead of buying my sons’ old one.

Love it, battery can last a long time with constant use as long as you have it on low battery power mode

I think it is a great phone. Takes great pictures. It integrates well in the Apple ecosystem which is why I switched from a Samsung to iPhone.

I upgraded from the 11 pro max to this 14 pro and i am glad that i did. I can nicely fit my phone in my pocket and use it one handed. I love the purple color and of course the camera is amazing once you know the functionality. What i do miss from having the pro max is the battery life. All and all, I’m content.

The size is decent and the build quality is really good. It doesn't feel good to hold in the hand for very long because of the flat edges and I wish it had the rounded edges that the iPhone X, XS, and 11 series. If you are wanting an iPhone, you already know what you are getting into and can't go wrong with it if it is what you want. Battery life was better on the iPhone 11 Pro.

I love my IPhone 14 Pro, it is so sensitive, but I am still Lear it. What I live about it is it really takes nice pictures.

The Apple IPhone 14 Pro 128GB cellphone is a good size to carry and hold. Did not take long to adjust to the new features. Happy with my purchase.
