This phone was picked up an hour and a half away from where I live since they did not have it locally and I needed one ASAP due to my iPhone 13 overheated and would not charge anymore after having it for a year. Brought this one home and opened it and there was already a line down the screen. I took it to the local Best Buy and they only had the 14 pro max available so I had to pay extra for it since I needed it same day and did not want to drive back to where I got the broken one from earlier in the day. The 14 pro max did not come up for the return so they just entered it as the pro. I have had this 14 pro max for two months with a screen protector, otter box that cost 60$ and a camera cover so protect the whole expensive device since opening it and setting it up. With all the protection the camera area still cracked and the back of the phone has cracked. I called apple and since I was not willing to pay the extra amount for apple care since the phone was already so expensive and used to have good products that could withstand a fall with a otter box case I did not purchase it. They said they would give me a quote on the amount that it may take to fix it. I said I am not getting a quote since I already spent so much on the phone I don’t want to put anymore money into it. Once it overheats and no longer charges or catches fire this will be my last iPhone. Do not buy!!

This is my 5th or 6th new iphone. This is the only one I’ve ever had that seems to run extremely slow almost always. It’s quite disappointing and frustrating!

Got the 14 pro with Verizon and where I live I had T-Mobile the download speeds with T-Mobile would be less than 5mb with Verizon I’m getting 300-350mb . That’s with bad reception on both devices . Looks like I don’t need to be connected to my wifi any more

I needed a new phone because my old one was starting to die way to quick. i had the iphone xr and enjoyed it a lot. going to the iphone 14 pro was not much of a change in the screenat all.

iPhone Pro 14 is not as good as I had hoped, compared to Pixel. But it's ok.

While very expensive, its a worthwhile upgrade over the 11 Pro. If you have a 12 or 13 Pro, that gap is obviously much smaller and may not actually be worth making the jump. I didn't like the always-on display and quickly disabled that feature.

Bought this phone for my son for Christmas. He seems to like it.

Not very happy, it is a new phone, but already once went "black" and couldn't turn it back on till I went to the Geek Squad, I plan to take it back, I dont think I can trust the phone. I am on the heart transplant list so have to have my phone at all times, not be down for 8 hours...
