Lots of bugs, including going into SOS mode. Not worth upgrading

I made the giant leap from an iPhone 8 to the 14Pro. I am so happy I did. I have used Apple products for years and this phone does not disappoint. The only thing I needed to get used to was the larger size.

Basically, the old camera model was on the NEW iPhone 14 Pro. I had to send my phone in to Apple after purchasing it from here and they had to replace the cameras on both sides. The camera quality was bad! Still don’t know how I got a new phone with an older camera on it…

First off, BB phone tech in North Haven was Great, but the phone upgrade 14 pro was a hassle I never want to deal with again!! Transferring number to the E Sim is a process! Nothing simple about it apparently. Many saying this launch is worst Apple has had & 4+ hrs to get phone working I believe it! I get new phone home first night, next day locks up & phone not responding to ANYTHING w/ all my data on new phone. BB had to give me a new phone , yup you can see where the hrs @ BB are building up. Apple tech direct was a waste, their solution return. After having my phone “brick” wife looked up issue. Apparently Apple is aware of phones locking up. I’ve owned Apple since day one and this was the Worst Apple experience I have ever had. So was it worth the wasted time for the 14 pro?? Phone seems a little quicker than my 13 pro, haven’t played with the island much. Right now for what I use phone for haven’t noticed a “Huge” difference for the hassles I’ve had to deal with. This phone has all the latest features but also you can call anyone on it. I can call you, I can call anyone. It also has the internet and a calculator for those accountants out there hahaha.

Today was an amazing experience with the transition of my Phone line from one carrier to the next thanks to Nesha the PHone tech aka the life saver. Everything worked out! Bless that women.

love the phone so far - hoping apple figured out something to make the camera comparable to android (probably not haha) but I cracked my old one and needed an upgrade. so far so good

My experience of upgrading to iPhone 14 Pro was very good. Support staff managed the transfer of prior iPhone data. They also handled the connection to my iwatch.

My biggest problem with this experience was the failure of the Best Buy staff to find out what verizon was offering as a trade in for my account. It turns out I left over $350 on the table. I should have gotten $400 for my phone. I only got $about 40 dollars. I am happy with the phone

It was time to upgrade to a new phone as there are lots of new features over my old iPhone. So far so good - no issues transferring from old phone to new one.

My daughter replaced an iPhone 11 for the 14 Pro and loves it. The new features and how the phone looks is great. Worth the upgrade in her opinion.

Absolutely incredible - the "Dynamic Island" is worth it alone! The "ProMotion" display is amazing and now I cannot go back to a normal, non-Pro display.

Good phone. Make sure u go for at least 256 gigs. If u want good battery, look to the pro max. Overall, the second best iphone u can get right now

So far, it has been a great phone. The camera zoom is pretty amazing. Still learning some of the new features.
