good phone but takes patience to learn how to operate

Frustrating as of now still can't transfer my icloud stuff over to the new phone, or even use the new phone

My iPhone 14 pro is ok. There seems to be some glitches that need worked out. The screen will go black regularly and then come back to the screen I was looking at. This happens all the time. It will randomly close out of applications for no reason. There are times where the screen will freeze and the to get out of the screen you have to click the right side button. There are also times where the phone will not unlock by tapping on the screen - you must click the right side button to unlock it. I have updated and turned this phone off and in again more times than I can count. I would not recommend the iPhone 14 pro!

I was told it was easy to use. It is not. It does things without me requesting the change. hard to figure out.

Love the phone. Downside is it gets hit sometimes when charging beginning around 30%. Functions well

Ok Upgrade from iPhone 12 Pro. Wish there was more new for the money.

I relied on the sales person to provide me with largest amount of GB space. He gave me a 128GB, the phone has slowed down and the only way to increase the GB is to erase programs on the phone. I would not recommend the service, expecting to be taken care of by the sales person.

The battery doesn’t last as long as the iPhone 13.

This is my first iPhone and I really like it. I used mostly samsung Notes which were great but they kept getting bigger and samsung is focusing on flip and fold phones. Coming from android I was worried I wouldnt like IOS, but IOS 16 is similar to android. I like the always on display which can be customized to display different things like weather, health app, watch battery, etc. The widgets are similar to the ones on android. My main reason to switch was peer pressure from my friends. Along with android phones are getting to big and I really wanted a smaller phone that is premium. The iphone 14 fits the bill, the size is perfect and fits in my pocket with ease. The facial unlock has never failed and the overall experience with switching has been pleasant. I was really hesitant about changing as the iphone 8 plus i tried a few years ago wasn't that great. It seems that apple fixed the prior problems I had (poor resolution for screen, so so camera, IOS being boring). I have not had a single issue with this phone. The battery life is great and the screen has great resolution. I would recommend this phone to anyone who wants a smaller phone that is not a basic phone.

Pretty close to flawless. There’s a common bug with Verizon specific/14 pros where it drops service (even if on Wi-Fi) that requires a minimum of 1 restarts. First time I’ve ever experienced this with iPhones.

Apple has presented another boring iteration of the iPhone. It’s fine. It works. It’s boring and there is nothing to get excited about.

Converted from android to iOS with this phone. Phone is lovely but much more clunky than using a Pixel.

The 14 pro is a great size and it's very manageable in the hand for me. The battery is pretty good but after iOS 17 the battery decreased especially in standby time. The camera is great especially in video but I wish it had a better zoom lense besides 3x optical. I'm still not a big fan of iOS but it is smooth and easy to use so that's a plus.

The camera is outstanding! Battery life is longer and sleek size makes it easier to carry.
