Nothing wrong with the phone. Just that the prices of iPhones keep going up while not offering much. I upgraded from iPhone X and it made sense for me.

Clean, sleek, and quick! I upgraded from the 12 Pro thinking there won't be much of a difference, but I was wrong. The phone seamlessly moves between apps, and works better with the latest iOS (iOS 16) than previous models.

Solid upgrade if you have an older phone as I did (5-6 years I believe). Otherwise if you have a newer phone the only big difference seems to be the cameras. Speed of device doesn’t seem much better than my old device.

Amazing phone, needs some tweaks here and there but Apple will fix it as always, amazing cameras too, overall I’m very happy and for the first time I don’t see myself upgrading anytime soon

I’m glad I got the pro for the camera—such a nice upgrade from my 11! I did a bit of research to make a decision on a 13 pro vs 14 pro and I’m very glad I went with the 14.

I’m really loving the 14 Pro. The new deep purple is so pretty & the screen size is great for videos & reading lengthy articles. I’m very happy with my purchase.

Love the purple color and keep finding little things it does that my XR didn’t. However the battery life is not very good! It was fully charged every morning and by 10pm it was less than 10%. We were walking around NYC so not on it a lot just taking pictures. Happens at home but can easily charge.

My iPhone 14 Pro 256 gb Deep Purple is amazing big difference from my old iPhone 11. Only thing I Didn’t like no sim tray. But overall its a good Phone.

The camera is fanatic and the touch screen to so fluid (coming from a guy that upgraded from an iPhone X). Easy pick up in store! Great customer service!

Works super fast…though I have seen it get stuck for a few seconds while viewing some web sights..but for the most part happy with the devicr

Got this iPhone 14 for my daughter and she loves it. It was an upgrade from an iPhone 11 and what an upgrade. Very pleased with the phone.

I have been an Apple user since the iPhone 4. There have been some issues with every phone that have been improved upon generation to generation. Yes, apple has been late to the game on many features, but when they do something they do it right. I'd say the one thing that I would complain about is that the "always on" display is sometimes too bright. But that may be nitpicking a little bit. The cameras are great...just recently took school pictures and family pictures with it. Turned out great! No complaints from me, at least not yet.

I upgraded from the Samsung Note 10, it’s been great so far. I enjoy the ease of sharing content between this and my Mac computers.

Sleek design, as described, quick delivery, damage free packaging when shipped. Deep purple is very dark similar to plum color.

A lot of good features, but not easier to use than my last iPhone.
