Transferring data was more complicated than it needed to be. Over all once phone is set up it’s a good phone.

The camera on this phone is an absolute joke. It never focuses and is so slow and blurs everything. Skip this phone at all costs.

I dont write reviews and had to for this purchase. we are absolutely impressed and satisfied with this phone. planning on getting another.

Bought this for my wife because she really needed an upgrade. So far i still prefer the galaxy phones.

Phone is having lot of technical issues, Thumbs are painful couple of times for typing. I’m not at all happy with this phone.

I like the new iPhone 14 pro, but find it so cheap that Apple left a cut out where the physical SIM card used to be for US handsets. Kills the clean lines and is a big eye soar. The cut out holds no functioning port or button, just a chunk out of the sleek silver band that is a color and ruins the clean lines. I guess putting last years frame on this years model is supposed to be ok? Looks hideous

The Phone and AT&T have been great. Best IPhone ever outstanding cell coverage. Best Buy person that helped me was awful. I was at the store 6 hours. She swore a lot and was frustrated I felt at me. Very uncomfortable situation to say the least. I’ve spent a lot of money there but I really don’t want to go back without having to avoid her. Also she kept my charging cable and I never got that back.

I had a iPhone 10XS & for all the money this phone cost it’s really not different.

The screen scratches very easy. Make sure get screen protector immediately.

Needs USB - c . Boring design and bulky with big camera bump

The product is fine but the service with AT&T was another issue. I tried to use the same number for both phone (liked both phones that I had and would've eventually gotten rid of one of them). Needless to say, AT&T wouldn't give me a phone number (wanted me to go through Best Buy instead)...huge ordeal and Im still not able to use my new phone.

I expected more from this phone. I have had it less than a day, have not dropped it, and kept it safe away from stuff and there is a scratch already on the screen? My screen protector isn’t coming till tomorrow but I expected the glass to be better. Also the camera isn’t much better than the 13 tbh

I had the worst experience when purchasing this phone from BestBuy. The phone was lost when it was being delivered to my house. This was a birthday gift and now I have nothing till some time in 2023. Thank you BestBuy.
