DO NOT USE BEST BUY/Geek Squad for Apple Care

Tech replaced battery and claimed there was a diagnostic issue and phone needed to be replaced by Apple. Would take ~3 days or so. Tried to get them to provide loaner or something so I could leave with a working phone. Ended up taking my phone with new battery and it never started up. They took my working phone and bricked it and would not offer any immediate solution. Suggested I call AppleCare - I have no phone to call them. Very unprofessional and unhelpful. Will never use them again.

iphone 14 pro is so so

No sim tray

We are moving backwards insate of moving forward. Just like sprint carrier back in a day where they was no sim card. Hard to sell or trade in your phone.
