    The phone itself has been great. Best buy employees were also very nice. I had to order the phone and the workers did all of the work for the order, I only had to pay and pick it up. Very fast shipping. My only problem is on apple. The back of the phone has shattered and it will cost 500 to fix it.I know multiple people with the same iphone that has had the back scatter. I always keep a case on it as well. the phone, in perfect condition is only worth 300, even though i paid 1000 and it's only a year old. Battery is also lagging.

    As always upgrading to a new iphone is made seamless by the use of the iOS system, especially if you have everything backed up in icloud for a worry free transfer. The new iphone has great camera resolution and stunning low light capabilities. Battery life as always is exceptional and charging via USB-C to lightning makes for a super fast charge with the proper charging block.
