    I absolutely love this phone! Granted, I did upgrade from an iPhone SE (GEN 2) but this phone is amazing. Photos and videos are extremely crisp and clear. Would recommend it to anyone!

    Was going crazy everywhere looking for this phone and the day I got it, the Best Buy employee made my evening. She was so sweet & polite and even helped me pick out which color because I was choosing between two colors. So far love my phone just hate the service glitching at times. Phone/screen is dope and so are the customization options

    Have not fully used my new phone yet because after three days my phone is still downloading files from my old phone using iCloud. My suggestion to anybody updating to a new phone is to make sure you backup your old phone to your computer and then download your files from your computer. This might make updating the new phone a lot quicker.

    Only reason to upgrade is of you have the iPhone 11 or older . Other than that there is no major reason too in my opinion.
