    It did not arrive when they said it would and apparently they were having inventory issues with this phone. It would have been nice to have been told this in the beginning. I canceled the order after waiting and waiting. I purchased it elsewhere.

    I had to re set my face time so many times. It wouldn’t recognize me, even when I set it up with and without glasses. Also the first week it will freeze up. I couldn’t answer a call or shut off the phone to reset it, until I don’t know what I did that finally livwas aboe to shouted off.. I hope I don't get into any other inconvenience.
