I think I do not have to explain all the features and quality of this product unless you never owned an iPhone before and you don’t know how they felt and work but for those who owned it before or currently own one or two, this product is great! The guy who was helping us out was so patient and very knowledgeable about the process as well as with the product.

It doesn't feel good to hold in the hand for very long because of the flat edges and I wish it had the rounded edges that the iPhone X, XS, and 11 series. If you are wanting an iPhone, you already know what you are getting into and can't go wrong with it if it is what you want. Battery life was better on the iPhone 11 Pro.
