Nothing special just another iPhone. Could have kept my 12 or 13 and been just as happy.

I mean, it’s an iPhone - we all know the quality we expect from it. The woman who setup my phone was great, the trade in process at BB was pretty seamless. Took 10 min, which included the old to new phone transfer process.

Good new iPhone 14 pro max. A lot bigger than my 11 pro max. Live the new camera.

I love the iphone 14 pro max but if you have an iphone 13 pro max already, I wouldn't spend the extra money to upgrade but if you have a iphone 12 or older, definitely make the jump! Changes were incremental from the 13. Nice small improvements. Dynamic island is cool but it feels gimmicky....right now at least. Hopefully they will implement more features on it. Overall, Its a solid phone.

Better life sucks. The camera is amazing. If you have 13pm. No need to change.

Still learning about this phone. It is alot. I think I need a class. It seems to offer alot. Not sure about battery life. I could have drained it or maybe my setting are wrong. I don't know yet

I like the smooth response in anything you touch on the screen and the response is amazing with call quality and sound quality effects are astonishing. Definitely recommended. Love my IPhone 14 max

The iPhone 13 Pro Max a lot better than 14 pro max I upgraded just because of Best Buy promotion otherwise no sense of anyone should jump from 13 to 14 my opinion

I love my iPhone 14 Pro max. It is the best one yet and I had quite a few iPhones before. I love the size and the Features. I will definitely recommend it.

Definitely an upgrade in my opinion based on the previous android I had. The staff was very helpful and attentive. 5 out of 5 stars all around. The battery life is the most important thing for me and it last for hours which is great. Display and camera were also a major upgrade and much needed. I’ve dropped the phone a couple of times and from pretty high heights but no cracks or breaks which is great. All around the phone is awesome and durable.

The camera is not too good like the 12 . 12 is just good

This was a much bigger upgrade over my iPhone 12 than I was expecting. I am actually much happier with this phone then I was expecting.

Great Product but be I Recommend Buying Apple care trough the Apple Store . Best Has started a new trick of changing its Protection Plans Name" yearly one Year is called "geek squad ,another year is called "Total tech "and then My "Bestbuy" This way your Credit card account doesn't recognized the charge when renewal date comes, treating it like a "fraud"charge , now all you items previously covered under the old plan are out luck for non renewal to disqualify items bought under the old plan.

This iPhone is spectacular. The new ESIM is so convenient too as the phone slready comes with your number programmed to have it setup.
