This phone is a nice upgrade from the iPhone 11 Pro but not worth getting unless your old iPhone is wearing out

Poor quality for the price. Had a screen protector, Otterbox case, and camera protector on the phone since the day it was opened from the box. Dropped it off a counter one time and the camera and back of the phone cracked. Did not want to spend the extra for apple care but should have. Phone lasted less than two months.

Had this installed at Best Buy first drop and shield was cracked in 3 places.

Title should tell you all you need to know. Have had to delete my E-Sim multiple times and have the phone reactivated. Causes call drop, sos mode, no service, or messages wont link to number justyour email. Worst move apple has ever made.

I upgraded from a XS Pro Max. This is great upgrade.

Great, but could be better. The battery is average.

The phone is fine, just like any other iphone, just dont buy it from bestbuy I bought it brand new yet they literally gave me an opened up box with no sticker seal and told me youre good to go.

Well since a change from my iPhone 13 Pro Max I been having some issues with the 14 pro max first with the camera, after with the service and the island not working also the phone screen going black I send it for warranty let’s see what we get back

For the price of the phone and the only feature upgrade is a barely noticeable camera upgrade except at night and certain situation and the island bar the constant call dropping and lag in messaging and overheating dimming scream and connectivity issues don’t warrant an upgrade to this device.

Thanks for the iPhone I love how ya keep taking away very favorable features, and what’s up with the zoom ? These 3 large ahh cameras and I can’t see far with it ? Anti uap ?

Bad phone doesn't have the original DNA of apple....

the guy who help us set up the new phone messed the whole phone up and never fully ported it correctly. we had to go back and fourth between best buy and apple for TWO weeks… the issue the whole time was the dude who told us everything was correctly done WAS NOT. we were being lied too. mind you he kept asking everyone around him questions while setting the phone up. he was clueless and he truly messed the phone up. i had the worst service ever at the colerain best buy and i will NOT be back.

Had to settle for this model. Best Buy cancelled my other phone and know one knows why.They also messed up my old plan and couldn’t fix it. Now I am paying more.

I exchanged the phone. Try to keep up. You sold me a locked phone and it would not make calls or receive texts when I changed carriers.

Took 5 hours for the update to come through. Stayed on the phone with Apple 5 hours trying to get help to get the update. The phone quit working and had use another phone to call out .

First off been shopping at Best buy forever!!!! Now with pickup service and the app, OMG, I finally enjoy shopping again. From the little things like edit all and clear whole cart buttons, I love that! I wish more places did that omg, and I was sold on this app since that feature was added. Sometimes If I'm in a hurry, I want to make a quick list, and if you have to run into the store, pull up the cart, and if your app setup to your favorite store, you can find the items by location in the store cuts my time in half and gives me time to do some mindless shopping. However, this app isn't perfect. The issue I find super odd is the layout of the Home Screen where you choose how you want to shop. If you shop and use pickup a ton, all your favorites and most bought items are at the top. You have to scroll to the bottom of the screen to find the category breakdown. I feel like a better lay of this or even better-put categories at the top. And your frequently purchased items in a carousel at the bottom, and then an option button like the best buy logo could be an action button for all the shopping options. And then, the main screen could be the shopping categories and pickup/ Shopping list. Cc integration would be lovely but I drop that card like a hot pocket fresh from the toaster due to the lack of support.

My high expectations turned into a 3 day disaster.

Purple is is mom’s favorite color. She had a purple iPhone 11 and my sister and I thought it would be a great birthday gift for our mom. She is already having a great time with her new iPhone. She finds it very easy to use.

Really love my iphone.It is pretty easy to use,still getting use to it. The camera is alright thought the pictures would be a liitle more colorful,but i guess they are ok. Took it on vacation with me to Punta Cana it was great.
