Good so far we will see what happens going forward

It's pretty much the same as last year with upgraded camera and ios. The dynamic island is a welcomed "change". I'm satisfied with my purchase.

Still best phone out there every year awesome camera and loving the new features as well

Apple still need to find a way to have a complete screen for viewing experience even over the front sensor and camera.

The new iPhone is great, but the lack of a sim card makes the phone disconnect from the network often.

So far, everything is working great. I’m totally satisfied with my purchase!

The phone itself is great, i did have some issues with some features but the IOS updates have patched them so far. My main issue was the awful service i received, i asked to clone my previous phone so i wouldnt loose any date but in the service reps words “that would take too long” he then proceeded to stop my icloud back up because it too was “taking too long”. He then proceeded to skip all the import procedures the phone prompts without even asking me. I was lucky to save the pictures in my old phone as well as some messages but he wipped all my passwords, accounts and a TON of messages and pictures i had saved across apps because he didnt want to do the right method. I have spent the last month trying to get my information back, this is honestly ridiculous coming from bestbuy.

Despite having so many issues, this is a decent phone. I stil think many of the issues I have could very well be a glitch. But I wish I could have waited until majority of the issues were worked out before upgrading

Not worth of that money always running charge low sometimes don’t charge never buying this new product again

Coming from the Galaxy S22 Ultra iPhone IOS is outdated in my opinion. It bugs me so much that they can’t add the numbers on top of the iPhone keyboard, no clipboard on the keyboard, can’t change the volume on my alarm amongst a lot of little things Samsung just does better. Dynamic island is cool, but when i answer a phone call and want to do speaker phone I selct the speaker then it asks if I want to do loud speaker or the iPhone, like duh I want SPEAKER, it’s dumb to have to do the extra step while I have the person waiting for me to answer. So many little things that make the phone not so smart…….. What I do like and only reason I bought the phone is that it connects flawlessly with my iPad Pro that I use for work for social media marketing. It’s nice to airdrop images or have the images synced with the iCloud. Imo Apple does do a better job when it comes to syncing compared to Samsung AND Apple has better apps in there App store at least for the iPad Pro. Other than that Apple devices are overpriced and be prepared to pay for iCloud storage if you want to sync you devices cause 15gb free doesn’t cut it! I can say more, but most people won’t even get this far lol and if you did I appreciate you reading my feedback have an amazing life.

Should have kept my previous phone!! Not much change…

I had almost everything apple MacBooks iPads airpod pros etc. I got my first iPhone and I’m pretty disappointed in it. Has been glitchy amount other things. Will definitely be switching back next year. Only needed a iPhone for the watch which I also think is stupid.

Switching from Android to iPhone was the worse mistake I've ever made. This thing doesn't even show my message history, and all Apple can tell me is that it is a glitch. Very bad decision. I regret buying it, and I am a long-time Macbook user.

I loved the phone except for the part where i requested a new number with T-Mobile when I ordered it here through best buy. I couldn’t activate the phone and absolutely no one at best buy would help me. So of course i went to T-Mobile where Im financing the phone from. They charged me a 35$ activation fee and gave me a number. So far they added 2 add ons that i did NOT agree to and arent giving me any information on my financing plan. They cant add it to my bill since they are seeing it as “pending shipment” for my phone. They said go back to best buy and have them fix it. Im going back to best buy but to return it . A 70$ loss on my part.

Great screen and quality, coming from 12pro Max was a nice upgrade especially the dynamic island and the better screen, photos are excellent quality and the sports mode is fabulous. 256 gb more than enough unless you use proRaw…. I do sometimes but quickly edit and offload. Battery life is great. I use it all day and get to nighttime with 30% Highly recommended No sim tray may be an issue for some but I do not travel so no problems for me

Bestbuy told me you can unlock after paying in full. I did pay in full and went to tmobile to unlock but tmobile told me to wait for 3days and I will get the unlock message. I have tried several time and they keep saying the same stories. the phone is still locked alomost getting to a month. if you want unlocked device, just go apple.

Wasted money Best Buy never said it will be extra over fees 55 dls. Is not just taxes you will pay. It’s so st……… we have to pay over fees. Even it doesn’t said at all. I won’t but again my iPhone in best for the hidden fees.
