Order got canceled, trade in got canceled, I honestly don’t really know how Best Buy internal process work. It can be easy and smooth, but on opposite it is speechless

Amazing good phone and never dies worth every cent

I'm incredibly disappointed with this phone. I cannot scan barcodes, so my Sams Club app I cannot use the scan and go because it will not scan the barcode. My WIC app, will also not scan the barcode to verify certain things I am able to buy. The Amazon app however Will scan the barcode but I never use that app for that. The battery is supposed to be the best, however I do find it draining quicker then I'd expected. While I may be using it for 5-8 hours I just expected the battery to last a lot longer then my 11 pro max. It does last longer, but not quite what I'd expect. I've also had some weird glitches with it since getting it. The FB like sound, sounded like the speaker was blown on my phone. It fixed itself, but unsure why that was happening. The camera quality is quite good but not substantially that much better then the 11 pro max. There are improvements, but I wish I'd have stayed with the 11 pro max.

I purchased this item for my sister for a graduation present. She absolutely loved it, and the purple is so stunning. The best buy team member was able to upload all her info on to the new phone and even put the screen protector on. Overall, fantastic customer services and my sister loves her new phone!

I am enjoying the phone, with all the upgrades, high resolution camera. Help from customer agent was excellent at the store.!

This phone is super fast and the camera is super clear.

A little big for my liking but overall love it! I have tiny hands but the camera quality and software makes up for the small hand to big phone ratio.

You get less in the U.S. Canada, China, just about every other country get physical SIM slots. U.S. customers must use eSIM. Some defend this saying it’s better or more convenient. It isn’t. The phone works well but looks and feels like the previous two models. If there’s reason to replace your current phone and you must have an iPhone with a physical SIM the 13 is still available. After that, if Apple doesn’t reverse course, your options will be a competing brand.

The battery life is great and the dynamic island is very nicely implemented.
