The color looks better in person than in the pictures. The phone has no issues and offers better options than the 13 Pro Max, including better camera, processor and smaller notch for the front camera.

His old phone was an iPhone XR, he took very good care of that phone and I know he'll do the same with this one!

Looks great but always receiving weak signal

I thought a new phone, especially new version would be fast, however there’s a frustrating lag in watching videos (“weak signal”), also touch screen doesn’t always work, I have to force a shut down and try again.
