Apple, the 14 pro max is better than the 13 pro max

Perfect and fast, im loving the iPhone 14 pro max.

Didn't intend to upgrade my phone from the 13 pro max to the 14 pro max but accidents happen here I am. The cut out on the top of the phone and how iOS integrated the island is actually really nice and I've been enjoying it. Only noticeable difference but I do find it useful and pleasant

Love my new IPHONE 14 Pro Max! Amazing camera and tons of storage space. The customer service at Best Buy did a nice job of showcasing their new products and offering me the protection plan. The only complaint I have is that AJ said the payment would go down at least $15 per month but, it did not. Other than that, everything was fine. I love the phone and highly recommend it.

This item is an upgrade from an iPhone8, the iPhone14 blows it out the water. The Best Buy phone staff, especially Shy was first class in helping me resolve my phone issues. Her patience, due diligence and phone expertise is second to none. A+++++++

I am an Apple user.I picked up this phone Sept.16. It was good but On Sept. 25 the phone just shutdown I thought it was low battery so I charged it but it was not charging and it’s not even turning on I tried to turn it on many times but it’s not Working. I checked everything like the plugs, the wires, the USB port I don’t see any problem but still my phone is not turning ON. And not charging I am so disappointed because this is the only phone I have and this is E sim can’t use other phone. No SIM card that I could transfer to other phone to be able to use the service and my number. I had to call Verizon but I can’t contact them as they are sending link to my number which I can’t open or red Bevauss my phone is dead. Even I used other number I was ask to write or say my phone number so I. Am be able to talk to an agent but still pin code or link are send to my phone number which is on my phone and my phone is dead. I need to return and replace the phone. The phone that I got is defective as this is the first batch when they released iphone14 pro max.

great phone but had issues activating. Works great once activated.

I’m glad I’ve switched over to Apple products. I am very pleased with how it functions and the pictures it takes and ability to connect with other members of the family that has this product.

I had the 12, so this is a big upgrade. So far it's pretty great

Apple is as apple does. I upgrade every year so none of the upgrades really blow me away. But ease of use to transfer data and keep it simple is why I keep my iPhone

As Milana says on the commercial, "Best one yet." Took a bit to set everything up, having switched from an Android phone, but well worth the effort thus far.

Great phone. Like some of the features that this phone has compared to the previous iPhones. Love the live weather lock screen. Used to love that with android.

Love the phone. Purchasing at Best Buy made it a breeze. We have Total Tech so the experts at the store assisted with everything to do with the set up.

The service I received was friendly and very quick. Made the trip to the store very enjoyable. The phone is awesome! My son is enjoying his first iphone.
