Processed my mobile device incorrectly which messed up my trade in with my provider .Called 4 times and was promised a call back from a manager and no one ever called.     This phone is absolutely refurbished. I het friend requests from people from the middle ess and other foreign countries. This never happened before when I boght from Apple or Verizon everything I bought from Bes “worst” buy was faulty. NEVRR buy from here!
