    love the phone but i have to say i went to best buy because 3 yrs ago i got great customer service. now if you don’t pay 180 yr for “support” you can’t ask a question…like why is m phone locking me out? no point in buying anything at best buy with that attitude.

    Difficulty with purchasing the actual phone. Had to return the next day to do so and transfer data which took hours due to slow internet service in the store (or at least that is what the salesman told me)!

    Great product, I personally been a loyal BB customer. However the process linking the product and the network provider needs a lot of enhancements, a lot of complications when it came to the trade in device and the return device
