Good product as usual from apple. The touch screen seems less responsive than my iPhone 13 pro though.

-Was not a smooth transition from previous phone - battery life is no better than the 12pro - camera is the only thing that is better. - it’s still a little glitchy

I am disappointed with my recent Best Buy experience. The phone that was shipped to me was open. I chatted with bestbuy.com to exchange it to get a sealed box and was told I needed to return it to a store. I brought to the Emeryville store and spoke to the manager. I was told I needed to return it online to avoid a restocking fee. I shouldn’t have to pay a restocking fee ($45) if I was sent an open item. I called BestBuy’s 800 number and was told AGAIN that I could only be helped in the store. In my second trip to the store, I was told the same story. To avoid a restocking fee, I had to return it through Bestbuy.com. Finally, the store manager allowed me to exchange it at the store. However, this “exchange” forced me to pay ~$113 dollars in sales tax again. That doesn’t sound right since I paid $113 in sales tax for the original purchase. If I return an item, the sales tax should be refunded too.

The iPhone was an upgrade and it is as expected. Two employees showed me and told me that this phone also came with free AirPods. After the purchase was completed they said that the signs that were up all throughout the store were from 3 days ago when the promotion ended and they couldn’t do anything about it,told from a manager. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and will never shop in Best Buy again and have passed this along to my family and friends.
