Never order an upgrade cell phone from Best Buy. The device was stolen from FedEx and Best Buy made me wait almost an entire month to investigate where it was. They were holding my phone number hostage since it was an upgrade. I did nothing wrong but they didn’t put the customer first. Support was horrible and rude as well. They kept telling me it’s in the Back Office team’s hands and they don’t have phones. Originally they said 7-10 business days l. After 10 days that went to 3 more days. After 3 more days they said two weeks. The number kept changing everytime I called after waiting. Very frustrating. I used to only buy electronics from Best Buy first if I could but now I might not buy from them ever again. We finally did get the phone and the phone works great. This is a review about Best Buy.

I’ve had other iPhones before that work better. This iPhone was very defective and I’ve had many problems with it since first day

Don’t order through Best Buy. They will lose your shipment and then lie to you about replacing it

Beautiful phone and quite light in weight compared to other models. Only drawback is the occasional over heating of the phone, other than that, the pictures are sharp and easy to use. Also, love the Titanium material.

Empty box arrived. Best Buy is not refunding cost. Very disappointed since being a loyal customer for years.

Why are people fooled by the dynamic island hole. It’s basically a giant dead pixel yet stupid youtube reviewers rave about its. You can have notifications without a big cutout, people are easily fooled and brainwashed

I ordered the 15 pro max to replace my existing iPhone only to have fedex deliver an EMPTY BOX!!!

The look on the phone is outstanding, size reduced without losing the camera quality and features. The body feels really sturdy and nice to the hand, I used to have iPhone 13 Pro Max, having a more comfortable size is life changing, realizing a super big screen is not what make the difference. Although, I feel the battery does not last as the iPhone13m hope only needs a software update.

I mean, it’s an iPhone. You know what you’re getting! Coming from an 13, I was very impressed with the battery life on it. Especially after the recent updates. The phone feels noticeably lighter even though it’s almost the same in weight. I’ve found the MagSafe works way better than previous models .

upgraded from a I12. WOW...picture quality is a vast improvement. Phone is light compared to the 12. Battery life significantly improved. Build quality is good.

Sturdy and Strong. While I do have a $10 big box no name phone case on the phone, I have dropped this phone so many times and the screen and phone are holding up so well. I am a mom to three kids and we are constantly on the go and this phone goes everywhere with me. From the park to the beach, I have dropped it so many times along the way and I am so impressed in its sturdyness. Highly recommend if you are looking for a phone that will last. I have had mine for 6 months and in the past my screen is usually cracked by now - I am impressed.
